Glendale to Pass New Smoking Section Ordinance

Good news for smokers and non-smokers of Glendale. Glendale City Council is introducing a new ordinance that may require larger bars and restaurants to have distinct smoking and non-smoking sections.

For those wanting nothing to do with smoking, the smoking sections of these restaurants will still be 10-feet away from non-smoking tables. For non-smokers, this may mean that you can avoid the smoke zone a little bit easier, since hopefully smokers will stick to their section instead of smoking near the exit of the restaurant. This new ordinance should take place right before the holidays.

Now you can have your pipe and smoke it too.

Of course, at The Joint, we promote healthy living and encourage all to stop smoking for the good of their health. In fact, approaching a holistic health care regimen can increase your chances of quitting.
